4th-6th Grade Strength, Speed, Agility, & Mindset Clinic

Spring 2024

In partnership with LSA, the coaches who created the previous three skills development programs are now launching a Coed 4th through 6th grade Strength, Speed, Agility, & Mindset Clinic this spring! This will be a fun-filled program that will help Lincolnshire athletes improve their abilities in basketball, football, track, soccer, volleyball, softball, or baseball.

The goal of this program will be to improve the strength, coordination, speed, agility, and quickness of all athletes while also developing self-confidence, mental focus, and emotional intelligence. In conjunction with multi-sport skill development, we will be incorporating games that emphasize the specific athletic skills we are working to improve.

This program is 12 sessions over a 7-week period. The program will start on Wednesday, April 10th and run through Wednesday, May 22nd. Each session will be held at Daniel Wright Junior High and will be 90-minutes running from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. While the majority of the sessions will be indoors in the Green Gym, as the weather improves, we have some sessions outside.

Each player will need to bring athletic shoes and a water bottle.

The cost of this clinic will be $200 per participant.

The session will be limited to a maximum of 40 participants.
